Payments& delivery


You can pay in store or online. All payments are processed securely by STRIPE or SUMUP. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund you. Please note bikes cannot be returned if they have been used.


We encourage prospective purchasers to see the bicyces in store, however we can deliver in our van, or by Courier. It is getting increasingly expensive to deliver bicycles by Courier. We charge £80 for bicycles. Please phone for a delivery quote if you require an E-bike to be sent.




If you received damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. We will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please contact us via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.


We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
